About the Role

The Center for Disability Services is seeking an Administrator of Legal Affairs to join the office of CFDS General Counsel. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing contracts, handling legal correspondence, performing legal research, and maintaining legal files.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of all contracts related to Center business.
  • Responsible for handling all legal correspondence from the office of CFDS General Counsel.
  • Perform legal research as needed.
  • Handles all Legal Project work as assigned.
  • Maintains CFDS Contract and legal files.
  • Drafts various legal documents for the office of CFDS General Counsel.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in field of Business or Legal Studies
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • At least 5 year(s) of related experience, specifically in letting and notary.
