About the Role

As a Configuration Analyst, Group Benefits, you will play a key role in the implementation, modification, and administration of group insurance plans by ensuring data accuracy, process quality, and compliance with agreements made with our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skills within a caring and trusted organization.

Responsibilities

Participate in the preparation and implementation of new group insurance contracts in collaboration with various stakeholders
Analyze final quotations and configure systems to meet client requirements
Set up new groups and implement changes to existing plans
Analyze and validate data upload files while ensuring data integrity
Manage requests received through the team's shared mailbox by conducting research, providing follow-ups, resolving issues, or escalating matters as required
Participate in special projects and perform various administrative tasks that contribute to the team's overall success

Requirements

College diploma and 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience in a technical environment or in group insurance is a significant asset
Intermediate level of English proficiency
Good command of French, both spoken and written
