About the Role

The Experience Design Strategist will collaborate with studio leadership, designers, and SMEs to explore and identify opportunities for clients, their businesses, and customers. This role requires a strategist with professional experience in interior or architectural design to inform interior designers on design from an experience perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with design team and external clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.
  • Present and communicate design concepts effectively to clients.
  • Conduct research to gather insights and inspiration for design projects.
  • Provide feedback on details in every aspect of design to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Work with the design team to continuously refine and improve design elements to create memorable experiences.
  • Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies relevant to experience design.

Requirements

  • B.Arch or B.A. Interior Design
  • 3+ years of post-graduate experience in a similar role
  • Stellar presentation and copywriting skills
  • Strong documentation skills using Google Slides, Adobe InDesign, and MS PowerPoint
  • Experience with 3D modelling software and spatial design knowledge
  • Experience with collaborative work platforms like Miro or Mural
  • Experience working independently and with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience self-managing deadlines and tasks.
  • Must be fully authorized to work in the U.S.
