About the Role
Lead our installation team, improve operations, and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily installation operations
- Lead and develop installation team
- Schedule crews and manage installation projects
- Coach, train, and develop technicians
- Ensure quality workmanship, safety, and code compliance
- Monitor department performance and KPIs
- Conduct job site visits
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and service teams
- Ensure crews have necessary tools and materials
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Previous proven leadership and/or management experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation and applicable codes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
