Responsibilities

  • You design visually and technically demanding user flows and interfaces for complex applications consistently, accessibly, and implementably.
  • You strategically advise our clients and project teams on the further development of their digital products.
  • You are responsible for design systems throughout their entire lifecycle and ensure that the design system is lived within the team.
  • You advise clients at eye level, moderate workshops, and make design decisions understandable.
  • You take creative lead on proposals and tenders and present in pitches.
  • You strategically use AI tools in the design process and share your experiences within the team.
  • You take on the technical leadership of small UX/UI teams in customer projects, providing impulses to the team through design reviews, quality assurance, and mentoring of colleagues.

  • Completed degree in Communication Design, Interaction Design, Media Informatics, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a comparable qualification.
  • In-depth experience in the development, application, and further development of design systems, as well as a strong understanding of quality and visual style.
  • Proficient in UX methods, the design of complex digital applications, and the requirements for digital accessibility.
  • Experience in collaborating with development teams in agile environments, as well as in moderating workshops and presenting design solutions to clients and stakeholders.
