About the Role
Oversee kitchen operations to ensure top-notch food quality and service for customers, making world-class food accessible.
Responsibilities
- Lead restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
- Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure guests receive the highest quality service.
- Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries according to company protocol.
- Maintain communication with restaurant staff regarding stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
- Ensure appropriate safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices are followed in back-of-house areas and in line with cleaning schedules.
- Monitor kitchen operational costs and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely, securely, and is in full working order.
- Perform pre- and post-service briefings with front and back-of-house staff.
- Ensure all operating and quality standards are met.
- Present a professional and ethical leadership style.
- Participate in training, coaching, and development for restaurant employees.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for a full shift.
- Must have open availability, including night and weekend availability.
- Possess a Food Manager Certificate as required by State, County or Local Health Departments.

Experience Level
- At least 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
Salary/Compensations
- $21.00 per hour
- Overnight shifts include an additional $2.00/hour premium for hours worked between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
