About the Role

The Sr. Analyst of Executive Compensation will support the design, governance, and execution of the Annual Bonus and Equity Programs for over 2,300 employees and executives across RBI's global brands. This high-visibility role is at the intersection of HR, Finance, Strategy, and Corporate Governance, offering an exceptional development opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and manage eligibility for the Annual Bonus Program and discretionary and bonus swap programs.
  • Partner across brands and functions to identify relevant KPIs and targets, track progress, and provide summary reports to senior leaders.
  • Analyze compensation surveys, peer data, and market intelligence to provide insights on program design.
  • Utilize HR technology, analytics tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to streamline compensation processes.
  • Manage compensation models for scenario planning, pay-for-performance analysis, and financial impact modeling.

Requirements

  • Superior analytical skills and advanced financial acumen with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as mathematics, finance, engineering, business, statistics, economics, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Finance, or equivalent teams.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders and present analytics and reports clearly.
  • Deep understanding of how large, multi-brand organizations operate.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and translate business context into compensation program design and decisions.
