About the Role
Lead the systems that support our housing services and the residents behind them. You’ll play a key role in shaping the systems that help our housing teams support thousands of residents. We’re all in on making our services smarter, faster and more connected – and your leadership will help us get there.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance MRI Housing One system.
- Lead a team of analysts and support staff.
- Keep the system running smoothly and resolve issues quickly.
- Deliver improvements that meet users' needs.
- Troubleshoot system issues.
- Respond to support tickets.
- Roll out system improvements.
- Plan longer-term system changes.
- Work closely with housing teams and system users to understand needs.
- Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers.
- Lead on system integration.
- Oversee the licensing model for value and compliance.
- Help your team grow.
- Manage recruitment, performance, and development.
- Create a collaborative problem-solving environment.
- Manage sprint planning.
- Track budgets.
Requirements
- Experienced housing systems professional.
- Expert, hands-on knowledge of MRI Housing One or comparable system (e.g., Capita Open Housing).
- Passion for leading people and improving services.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Understanding of the importance of good systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Confidence in working with stakeholders.
- Ability to keep things moving during challenges.
- Experience managing budgets, risks, and suppliers.
- Confident overseeing product roadmaps, user roles, and licensing.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Ability to lead compassionately.
- Ability to build relationships.
