About the Role
Red Bull UK is seeking a Data & Systems Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract in London. This role is central to optimizing existing Supply Chain tools and championing new technologies. The specialist will streamline operations, improve efficiency, and provide actionable insights through technology adoption.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Customer Master data in SAP and related systems, including pricing and hierarchy changes.
- Ensure best practices and continuous improvement of data holdings.
- Leverage Celonis for improved control and reporting on customer data, providing data-driven insights.
- Act as SAP Super User, leading developments, testing, and escalations, with regular stakeholder communication.
- Support the onboarding of new Customers to EDI with HQ IT teams.
- Regularly review HQ Tools & Solutions for UK Market implementation.
- Manage and support the introduction, training, and documentation of new tools, including PowerBI & SQL.
- Serve as the central co-ordinator for all Technical Supply chain projects (ESKER / CELONIS / EDI developments).
- Share regular project updates with the team and key stakeholders on timelines, progress, and blockers.
- Monitor and manage projects end-to-end, highlighting risks.
- Ensure adoption and regular use of delivered tools and participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Update and monitor projects through Adobe Workfront.
- Lead the execution of process mining & automation (RPA) across the supply chain team.
- Ensure processes adhere to corporate governance and guidelines, escalating out-of-standard processes.
- Document all key processes to ensure business continuity.
- Engage in wider team activities to contribute to a highly engaged Supply Chain team.
- Introduce improved reporting functionality by automating data pulls, creating data sets, and building dashboards.
- Streamline data sources from 3PL portals and SAP BI systems.
Requirements
- SAP experience (MM & SD modules) is essential.
- Experience with SQL and Python or R is highly desirable.
- Experience building and maintaining PowerBI reports from scratch.
- High-level Microsoft Excel user.
- Experience with Data architecture / design preferred.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task is essential.
- Developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive outlook on continuous improvement.
