About the Role
Join the BIG MAMMA kitchen team as a Chef de Partie – Hot Section, taking ownership of the Hot Section and helping deliver authentic Italian dishes with quality, speed, and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Run the Hot Section during prep and service
- Prepare dishes from scratch, following recipes and standards
- Keep your section organised, clean, and service-ready
- Support and train new team members
- Work closely with Kitchen Management to ensure smooth service
- Lead by example with energy, precision, and a problem-solving mindset
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Support your team during busy services
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section
- Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills
- Proactive attitude and great energy during high volume services
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Skills
