About the Role

Join Apple's International Business Growth & Planning team as a Senior Manager to support the growth of our Services business across Europe, with a focus on Apple Music. You will lead a team, partner with country and WW teams, and deliver insights, initiatives, and business plans to enhance customer experience, drive growth, and uncover new opportunities while respecting user privacy. This role is critical for achieving Apple's ambitious growth objectives for Services.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a small team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of growth.
Partner with services leadership to define ambition levels, set priorities, and shape business plans.
Identify, define, and deliver commercial growth initiatives in areas like Offers, Pricing, Partnerships, Marketing, and Communications.
Assess new business opportunities, including market expansion, business models, local content acquisition, and payment methods.
Utilize a data-led approach to understand business health, forecast services growth, and identify drivers.
Gather and assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to inform business priorities.
Develop rigorous dashboards and reporting, and provide recommendations.
Represent Geos in front of senior executives in alignment with international leadership.

Requirements

Extensive relevant experience, preferably from an in-house strategy and business planning role at a leading media or entertainment company, or a top-tier management consultancy in TMT.
Experience managing teams and developing high-performing teams.
Skilled at managing and influencing senior stakeholders and building collaborative relationships in matrixed environments.
Ability to translate data into insights and influence new strategies.
Ability to solve complex, cross-functional business problems with challenging deadlines.
Flexible and adaptable to manage demands in a fast-paced business with a hands-on attitude.
Strong quantitative analysis skills and proficiency in spreadsheet applications.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
Fluent in English.
