About the Role
The Content & Growth Executive will report to the Growth Manager, focusing on content, paid social, and TikTok Shop to drive testing, creation, and scaling. This role involves briefing and producing content, managing ad channels, and overseeing daily TikTok Shop operations.
Responsibilities
- Write and brief content for in-house design team and UGC creators, translating angles and hooks into creative direction.
- Assist in producing ad content on camera with the internal creative team.
- Manage creator and designer relationships to ensure timely asset delivery.
- Source new UGC talent through outreach and build the creator pipeline.
- Build and upload ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat, following Growth Manager briefs.
- Monitor live campaigns daily, addressing disapprovals and delivery issues promptly.
- Set up and log new creative and audience tests, documenting learnings.
- Support the onboarding of new channels like Snapchat and AppLovin.
- Manage daily TikTok Shop operations, including listings, stock, and TikTok Lives.
- Coordinate TikTok affiliate outreach and sample activities to engage creator partners.
- Extract performance data from Polar Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify for reporting.
- Utilize AI tools daily and identify new use cases for the team.
Requirements
- A passion for creating content on social media.
- Comfortable on camera and confident presenting ideas for shoots or briefs.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or similar platforms is ideal, but not essential.
- Naturally organized with the ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines.
- Curiosity about TikTok Shop, affiliates, and creator culture.
- A test and learn mindset, proactively seeking iterations.
- Comfortable using AI tools daily or eager to learn.
- DTC or ecommerce experience is a bonus, but not required.
