Responsibilities
- Design company-wide AI education programs.
- Test new models and tools on release day.
- Embed with teams to redesign workflows around agents.
- Build internal tools and in-workflow learning systems.
- Define adoption metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience spanning AI enablement, technical education, developer advocacy, solutions engineering, applied AI, or adjacent roles.
- Daily hands-on use of frontier models, coding agents, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and workflow-automation tools.
- A track record of helping teams adopt new technical capabilities and measuring whether behavior actually changed.
- The ability to form sharp, practical opinions about new model releases and communicate them to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience building agents, workflows, or internal tools rather than only presenting conceptual training.
- High agency and comfort in a fast-moving AI-native environment.
