About the Role

Responsibilities

• Support requirement workshops, help define problem statements, and review/analyse requirements specifications.
• Support the creation of to-be flows and fit gap analysis documentation.
• Provide solution alternatives and create detailed design documentation.
• Lead program management functions across the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.
• Drive pre-implementation assessments and discovery workshops to evaluate current-state processes, define future-state vision, and build the business case for Oracle Cloud adoption.
• Manage all workstreams comprised of on- and off-shore resources and be responsible for the overall delivery of the Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud transformation programme.
• Manage large delivery teams to design end-to-end solutions and ensure deliverables are consistent with design principles, standards, and methodologies.
• Use knowledge of the Oracle Cloud roadmap and other Oracle offerings, along with industry guidance and leading practices to support the facilitation of executive level business decisions.
• Inspire and develop junior colleagues and support their professional development.
• Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
