About the Role
ATL is seeking qualified Administrative Assistant candidates for our Hamburg, New York office. This position offers the opportunity to work in a diverse marketplace while building a challenging and rewarding career.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to division management and technical staff
- Prepare proposals and invoices
- Answer and direct telephone calls
- Assist with scheduling and dispatching of field staff
- Process timesheets and expense reports for divisional staff
- Process purchase requisitions
- Assist with onboarding of new hires
Requirements
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
