About the Role
You will own our insurer partnerships, deepening existing relationships and opening new use-cases. The opportunity is to turn our current reach into repeatable, growing partnership revenue, making therapy free at the point of care for more people recovering from neurological conditions.
Responsibilities
- Grow existing partners by being the trusted lead for insurer accounts.
- Build and land the ROI and health-economics argument to secure insurance decision-maker buy-in.
- Develop scalable partnership mechanics to turn one-off wins into repeatable revenue streams.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, becoming their primary point of contact.
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities beyond the standard approach.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and drive deals to closure.
- Several years of experience in Business Development, partnerships, or complex sales, with a track record of managing deals from inception to close.
- Experience in or selling to the health insurance sector (statutory or private insurers, or the reimbursement system), with an understanding of their decision-making processes.
- Ability to articulate value using ROI and health-economics logic to senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency in learning new concepts and partnership angles quickly.
- Professional German proficiency level (C1+).
- Comfortable working in English daily, as it is the company language.
- Experience using AI across workflows for research, outreach, preparation, and administration.
