About the Role
We are looking for someone excited by variety, who loves digging into performance data and enjoys turning insights into results. At Wilmington plc, you will work across a portfolio of market-leading brands spanning professional education, compliance, financial services, and legal training. You will gain exposure to different audiences, challenges, and objectives, building your paid media experience while helping our brands reach and engage key audiences.
Responsibilities
- Building, launching, and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Monitoring campaign performance, conducting daily account optimisation, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Producing regular performance reports and sharing insights to drive decision-making.
- Supporting campaign tracking and attribution for accurate performance measurement.
- Adapting campaigns for different audiences, objectives, and sectors across multiple Wilmington brands.
- Ensuring campaigns comply with relevant platform and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with Demand Generation, Marketing Operations & Analytics, and other business units to deliver successful campaigns.
- Acting as a day-to-day contact for stakeholders and supporting the Paid Media Manager with campaign updates and recommendations.
Requirements
- Previous paid media/PPC experience in an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimising campaigns across at least two major advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
- Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, bid management, and performance improvement.
- Experience working towards lead generation objectives and understanding key paid media performance metrics.
- Confidence using GA4, Salesforce, Power BI, and Marketo, along with reporting dashboards and performance data.
- Experience managing or supporting campaigns with significant budgets and ensuring effective spend tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Must have permission to work in the role's location by the start of employment.
