About the Role
Join our clinic and strengthen our IT department team as soon as possible, on a permanent, full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership and development for the IT team of currently 11 employees in the areas of IT infrastructure, intranet, hardware, and telecommunications.
- Organize the team and coordinate and prioritize incoming tasks.
- Coordinate and manage IT projects as well as internal employees and external service providers.
- Ensure stable and secure IT operations and continuously develop the IT infrastructure, considering legal and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the introduction, administration, and further development of Microsoft 365.
- Manage and further develop incident, service request, and change management.
- Take responsibility for IT infrastructure, network, and asset management.
- Support and advise departments on IT-related issues and in selecting suitable IT products and solutions.
- Coordinate the analysis and sustainable resolution of IT disruptions and technical problems.
- Manage external IT service providers and monitor agreed-upon services.
- Regularly coordinate with and report to the IT department management.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the IT field, e.g., as an IT specialist or IT system electronics technician, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in the IT environment, ideally in IT infrastructure and IT operations.
- Ideally, experience in leading and coordinating employees.
- Experience in the hospital or healthcare sector is advantageous.
- Sound knowledge in IT infrastructure, networks, and asset management.
- Good knowledge of modern cloud and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or comparable solutions.
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and implementing IT projects is desirable.
- Knowledge of incident, service request, and change management.
- Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and assertiveness in dealing with employees, departments, and external service providers.
- High sense of responsibility and an independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Enjoy leading, motivating, and developing employees.
