About the Role
The Brand and Marketing team is seeking a creative, dynamic, and innovative Marketing Manager to lead a new transformational project. This project, supported by corporate and government funders and spearheaded by The Trust’s Goodwill Ambassador Sir Gareth Southgate, aims to develop and deliver a long-term national awareness campaign to encourage mentors to support young people's futures.
Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing strategy and optimize campaign management.
- Develop and deliver owned, earned, and paid marketing tactics.
- Utilize data to recommend outreach adjustments in real-time.
- Collaborate with prominent stakeholders to maximize opportunities.
- Line manage one Marketing Executive.
Requirements
- Adept at building senior stakeholder relationships to secure buy-in and manage expectations.
- Comfortable working with agencies, designers, and partners to fulfill project needs.
- Effective at developing multi-channel B2B and B2C marketing materials.
- Ability to use performance reports and trends data to influence decisions.
- Experience leading marketing requirements on high-profile marketing projects with measurable impact.
