About the Role

The Brand and Marketing team is seeking a creative, dynamic, and innovative Marketing Manager to lead a new transformational project. This project, supported by corporate and government funders and spearheaded by The Trust’s Goodwill Ambassador Sir Gareth Southgate, aims to develop and deliver a long-term national awareness campaign to encourage mentors to support young people's futures.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing strategy and optimize campaign management.
  • Develop and deliver owned, earned, and paid marketing tactics.
  • Utilize data to recommend outreach adjustments in real-time.
  • Collaborate with prominent stakeholders to maximize opportunities.
  • Line manage one Marketing Executive.

Requirements

  • Adept at building senior stakeholder relationships to secure buy-in and manage expectations.
  • Comfortable working with agencies, designers, and partners to fulfill project needs.
  • Effective at developing multi-channel B2B and B2C marketing materials.
  • Ability to use performance reports and trends data to influence decisions.
  • Experience leading marketing requirements on high-profile marketing projects with measurable impact.
