4C Associates is seeking an experienced consultant to lead client engagements, manage project teams, and develop practical solutions for healthcare clients, supporting the growth of our Healthcare practice.

Requirements
- Strong consulting background, ideally from a large/global or specialist consultancy
- Experience across Healthcare and/or Life Sciences, with Healthcare preferred
- Broad transformation skillset across operating model, cost reduction, procurement and/or supply chain
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage project teams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
- Commercial mindset and interest in supporting the growth of our Healthcare offering
