About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Revenue & Business Operations to own both our revenue engine and cross-functional operational excellence. This is a high-impact role where you’ll serve as a strategic force multiplier for leadership, aligning our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams around a single source of truth, while driving the company-wide planning and execution that enables Hyperlayer to scale. You’ll manage and grow the Revenue & Business Operations team while owning the GTM tech stack, revenue forecasting, and company-wide operating cadences, bringing both strategic rigour and hands-on execution to everything from board reporting to CRM architecture. This is a demanding role at a company moving quickly: you will be operating on short timelines, with incomplete information, for clients whose standards are high and whose scrutiny is real.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the Revenue & Business Operations team, managing, coaching, and developing Associates and Senior Associates.
  • Own and optimize the GTM tech stack, including CRM, sales engagement tooling, and data/BI platforms.
  • Build and own revenue forecasting models and GTM dashboards, presenting insights to the CEO, CCO, and board.
  • Own the sales enablement function, maintaining high-quality collateral and a central knowledge hub.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to deliver client-specific decks and research.
  • Ensure global alignment by adapting sales support to different market nuances.
  • Contribute to client engagement by joining key meetings and workshops.
  • Act as the CEO/COO’s strategic execution partner, identifying and resolving cross-functional bottlenecks and running high-priority special projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or GTM strategy role in a high-growth B2B technology business.
  • Hands-on CRM ownership, including architecting and running HubSpot or Salesforce end-to-end.
  • Experience designing GTM operating models (lead-to-revenue process, handoff SLAs, attribution frameworks) is essential.
  • Experience managing and developing people.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with pace and ambiguity, able to prioritize ruthlessly and produce high-quality work.
  • A working knowledge of financial services and the curiosity to deepen it quickly.
  • Proficiency with CRM (including pipeline management, reporting, and workflow automation), PowerPoint, LLMs and ideally design tools.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, or similar) is a strong plus.
  • Candidates will need an existing non-sponsored right to work in the UK.
