Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch.
• Cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish community relationships essential to building business.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Learn to prioritize customer needs.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in sales & customer service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry).
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations).
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) within 30 days of anticipated start date.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Must be available to work an average of 46 hours per week (aside from religious observations).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
