About the Role

Manage and develop mobile device management for Windows, Android, and iOS using Microsoft Intune, optimizing automated enrollment processes. Oversee endpoint privilege management with BeyondTrust EPM. Create, test, and deploy configurations, software packages, and policies for various devices. Develop standardized solutions and automate recurring processes. Provide 3rd-level support for complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop mobile device management for Windows, Android, and iOS with Microsoft Intune for over 11,500 employees.
• Optimize automated enrollment processes for device registration and deployment.
• Oversee and further develop endpoint privilege management with BeyondTrust EPM.
• Create, test, and deploy configurations, software packages, and policies for Windows, Android, and iOS endpoints.
• Develop standardized solutions and automate recurring processes in endpoint management.
• Provide 3rd-level support for complex technical issues and collaborate with other specialists in the Group IT Endpoint Management team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in endpoint management, client management, or system engineering.
• Proficient knowledge in managing Windows clients with Microsoft Intune or a comparable endpoint management solution.
• Expertise in managing smartphones and mobile devices with Android and iOS, ideally with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with BeyondTrust EPM or a comparable endpoint privilege management solution.
• Automate standard tasks using PowerShell.
• Structured, analytical, and team-oriented work approach.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence is ideal.
• Initial Microsoft certifications, such as MD-102, are a plus.
• Confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate results, and support customers and adessi in leveraging AI potential.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
