About the Role

- Prepare and present ideas persuasively in presentations, both internally and eventually to clients.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Creatives, junior colleagues, and other departments, actively seeking feedback.

- Take on increasing responsibility for smaller projects or parts of larger campaigns.

- A portfolio demonstrating a feel for language and initial conceptual approaches.
- Motivation to evolve from executing individual formats to independent concept development.
