About the Role
As a Global GTM Program Manager, you will own the coordination and execution of go-to-market programs across the US, UK, and France. This role involves territory design, capacity planning, prospecting strategy, compensation, and reporting, ensuring alignment across global operations. You will partner with regional GTM Ops leads and functional specialists to translate global strategy into executed programs, managing cross-border coordination, timelines, and modeling. You will report to the US Go-to-Market Revenue Operations Lead and will help unify templates and workstreams to improve GTM Operator efficiency globally. Regular travel across hubs in London, Paris, New York, and Atlanta is expected.
Responsibilities
- Lead territory design and modeling efforts across the US, UK, and France, ensuring consistency and comparability.
- Lead the global capacity-planning process as a uniform project, partnering with regional GTM Ops leads.
- Lead TAM sizing and market-prioritization analysis globally to inform market entry and resource allocation.
- Coordinate the development and rollout of prospecting guides and targets across regions.
- Coordinate compensation planning, quotas, and targets globally, managing templates, timelines, and cross-regional processes.
- Serve as project manager for global reporting infrastructure initiatives, driving the project plan and timelines.
- Build and maintain Excel-based templates and models for cross-regional programs.
- Act as the connective tissue between US, UK, and France GTM Ops leads to drive shared standards and keep global initiatives on track.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in go-to-market operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
- Experience building and modeling complex templates and processes in Excel, independently and at a hands-on level.
- Comfort navigating Salesforce to pull necessary information.
- Strong track record running multi-stakeholder, cross-functional initiatives to completion.
- Deep experience within go-to-market teams at a more mature organization.
- Experience, or clear aptitude, working across geographies and time zones.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across global hubs.
