About the Role

The Wintergarten Varieté Berlin is one of Europe's most renowned variety theaters, captivating audiences with the glamorous flair of the golden 1920s. We are looking for a part-time employee for our Box Office/Service Center to support our team.

Responsibilities

• Handle multilingual customer inquiries and other matters in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Sell tickets and advise customers at the box office.
• Process bookings, reservations, exchanges, and cancellations for individual and group bookings.
• Clarify inquiries.
• Manage complaints.
• Advise and inform about all details concerning events and shows.
• Take responsibility for booking services.
• Create statistics.

Requirements

• Enjoy talking on the phone and sales.
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, likeable demeanor.
• Initial experience with a ticketing system, preferably EVENTIM.Inhouse.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Completed service-oriented or commercial training, if possible.
• Experience in customer service, service professions, service hotline, call center agents is desirable.
• Career changers are welcome.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills.
