About the Role

As a Mobile Associate (MA), you will work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. You will focus on customer needs, building meaningful connections, and educating customers on device and service solutions. This is a learning role designed to prepare you for promotion to Mobile Expert upon training completion.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Help customers by exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Provide personalized solutions beyond the device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Become proficient in using digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, services, and troubleshoot devices and accounts.
• Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, processes, systems, and reference resources.
• Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
• Develop strong peer relationships and be accountable for the company's success.
• Provide first-class customer experience.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
