About the Role
The role involves actively driving company-wide transformation projects to position S-Com as agile, efficient, and future-oriented. This includes conducting organizational analyses, developing concepts for change processes, and supporting change projects at team and department levels.
Responsibilities
- Actively drive company-wide transformation projects and create conditions for S-Com to be agile, efficient, and future-oriented.
- Conduct organizational analyses to identify development needs and potentials in structure, culture, processes, and more.
- Develop customized concepts and interventions for change processes, from organizational structures to role models and collaboration methods, and support their implementation.
- Accompany change projects at team and department levels, including coaching teams and leaders, and moderating workshops and large group formats as needed.
- Identify conflict situations and interface problems early and develop constructive, viable solutions.
- Organize network activities like the internal network agileXchange to promote learning, networking, error culture, and collaboration within S-Com.
- Develop a comprehensive vision for a future-proof organization with the interdisciplinary team of the Corporate Development department and initiate necessary measures.
- Build and maintain relevant stakeholder relationships across all hierarchy and department levels, and cooperate closely with Internal & Change Communication.
Requirements
- Communicative and empathetic, using these skills skillfully for problem-solving and strengthening a positive team spirit.
- Relevant practical experience in organizational development or transformation, ideally in a larger corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, capable of independently structuring complex, often ambiguous problems and developing viable solutions.
- Proficient in moderation, workshop design, and coaching/questioning techniques, with good conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities.
- Familiar with agile frameworks, systemic methods, and moderation techniques.
- Familiar with common collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Slack, and Office365, as well as AI applications.
