About the Role
Join our team as a Reservation Agent! If you are a talented organizer with a passion for hospitality and love planning the perfect guest experience, this role is for you. With short decision-making paths due to flat hierarchies, you have the opportunity to actively contribute to shaping our hotels.
Responsibilities
- Handling and processing individual reservations
- Maintaining reservation data in the PMS system
- Providing phone consultations on hotel location, amenities, and services
- Selling rooms with the goal of revenue optimization
- Actively managing room occupancy through targeted category sales to increase revenue
- Close collaboration with Front Office departments in hotels, including VIP guest handovers
Requirements
- Ideally, completed training in the hotel industry
- Previous experience in reservations or front office
- Enjoy interacting with people
- Good communication and expression skills
- Solution-oriented approach, with independent and responsible work habits
- Flexibility to work various shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1)

- Hotel software knowledge (Guestline is a plus, but not required)
