About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assume primary responsibility for strategic HR topics in collaboration with management.
- Provide professional leadership to the HR team, currently comprising two HR managers and one recruiter.
- Expand the recruitment strategy and actively support the selection of future employees for the b'mine Head Office and hotel locations in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, and Köln-Wahnheide.
- Conduct regular interviews, both digital and in-person.
- Prepare personnel budgets and forecasts for existing hotels and new hotel projects.
- Represent b'mine and its hotel brands at recruitment fairs, conferences, and forums.
- Perform preparatory payroll accounting in cooperation with our external payroll office.
- Co-responsibility for developing b'mine hotels into a TOP employer - the place to b'.
- Evaluate existing and new employee benefits and support the training and development of the b'mine team.
- Continuously evaluate and consider new HR trends and digital tools.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in personnel development / personnel management.
- Leadership experience, including disciplinary responsibility, in a similar position.
- Strong digital affinity and experience with modern HR software solutions.
- Good knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining law.
- Creative, open, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Inspiring and strong communication skills.
- Enjoy approaching people and inspiring them for b'mine hotels.
- Willingness to travel to hotel locations.
