About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide low-threshold support to people with substance-related issues. Our counseling and support teams in Mitte are looking for committed reinforcement.
Responsibilities
- Outreach and follow-up counseling
- Low-threshold, health-oriented counseling
- Counseling of specialists and network partners
- Referral and support in further measures for participation or other assistance
Requirements
- Completed degree in social work or comparable training is a prerequisite
- Interest in regular professional exchange and continuous professional development
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Intercultural counseling competence
- Willingness to perform outreach activities
- Accepting and open-minded basic attitude
- Professional experience is welcome but not a must

- Gross annual salary of 49,000 to 57,500 Euros for a full-time position
