About the Role

We are looking for a talented Mobile Software Engineer - Android to help build and evolve Curve’s next generation mobile experience. You will design, build, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create intuitive, consumer-facing features. Champion engineering excellence, continuously improve application performance, mentor other developers, and help shape robust development practices.

Requirements

Proven experience developing and shipping Android applications to the Google Play Store.
Strong experience building Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
Experience developing secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications.
Strong understanding of Android architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
Experience with Clean Architecture and object-oriented programming.
Deep understanding of Android components including Activities, Fragments, Services, Content Providers, and Broadcast Receivers.
Knowledge of Android lifecycle management and best practices.
Experience monitoring application performance and debugging production issues.
Experience writing automated tests including unit, integration, and UI tests.
Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
Experience building and maintaining multi-module applications.
Ability to mentor and support fellow engineers while promoting engineering best practices.
