About the Role
As a Casual Night Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the exceptional cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards expected at The Lanesborough. Working within the Back of House team, you will be responsible for ensuring all staff areas, corridors, facilities, and equipment are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards throughout the night.

Requirements
- Previous experience within a professional cleaning environment; luxury hospitality experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of COSHH, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Manual Handling regulations.
- Command of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.
- Well-groomed appearance and high standards of personal hygiene.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and varying schedules as required.
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties and heavy lifting safely as part of the role.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to undertake training and support departmental objectives.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
