About the Role

Responsibilities

Create innovative 3D concepts for conferences, events, exhibitions, brand activations, and immersive experiences.
Transform creative briefs into compelling spatial designs, attendee journeys, stage concepts, and event environments.
Develop mood boards, sketches, renderings, and presentations to communicate ideas during pitches and project development.
Partner closely with Creative, Production, and Technical teams to ensure concepts are impactful and feasible.
Present and explain design concepts to internal teams and clients, adapting ideas based on feedback and project objectives.
Contribute to creative innovation by exploring emerging technologies, AI tools, and new approaches to experience design.

Requirements

7+ years of experience designing event environments within an agency.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across conference staging and exhibition or experiential environments.
Proven ability to develop spatial concepts considering attendee flow, audience engagement, storytelling, and event experience.
Professional fluency in English with strong presentation and visual storytelling skills.
