  • Develop, launch, and manage best-in-class automated lead nurture campaigns, ensuring effective onboarding of new data.
  • Create an automated customer engagement engine for 'always on' nurturing to accelerate conversion campaigns.
  • Establish a process for seamless handover of nurtured leads to the campaign team for product promotion.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on growth metrics including traffic growth, impressions, CPL, audience growth, engagement rates, conversion rates, and CAC.
  • Optimize the performance of demand generation campaigns and identify key trends for growth.
  • Drive CRO initiatives across paid media, landing pages, welcome and nurture emails, and content distribution.
  • Manage the Demand Generation Executive's day-to-day tasks, ensuring high-quality output and deep understanding of customers, market, and channels.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1s, performance reviews, and ensure clear development plans are in place.
  • Collaborate closely with agencies, internal stakeholders, and campaign, brand, and marketing operations teams for alignment and optimization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning within the demand gen team through events, reading, and webinars.

Requirements

  • Significant experience developing strategic frameworks and processes.
  • Experience creating highly effective strategic and tactical multi-channel marketing plans that demonstrably drive demand.
  • Experience with marketing technology including email marketing automation and CRM (Salesforce, Pardot, or Microsoft Dynamics preferable), social media management tools, website analytics like GA4, and CRO tools like AB Tasty.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment requiring strong partnership with multiple functions and a shared view of success.
