About the Role
You will be responsible for the complete handling of insolvency proceedings (IN proceedings) for various district courts, from opening to readiness for closure. This includes investigating the economic and legal circumstances of insolvency debtors, preparing expert opinions and reports for district courts, organizing and supporting business continuations, and reviewing restructuring measures.

- Investigating the economic and legal circumstances of insolvency debtors
- Preparing expert opinions and reports for district courts
- Organizing and supporting business continuations and reviewing restructuring measures
- Reviewing rights of separation and withdrawal
- Handling ongoing liabilities and monitoring receivables management
- Processing objections and drafting procedure-related correspondence
- Monitoring liquidity status and preparing relevant analyses
- Acting as a point of contact for parties involved in proceedings and coordinating appointments
- Preparing and organizing creditors' meetings
- Negotiating with various parties involved in proceedings
- Coordinating and managing service providers on behalf of the insolvency administrator
Requirements
- Completed studies as a business lawyer (Master), graduate lawyer, fully qualified lawyer, or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in insolvency case management
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office applications and modern office communication
- Ideally, initial experience with the administrator-specific software Winsolvenz.P4 / LEXolution.DMS
