About the Role

Integral is a fast-growing startup developing the leading AI-native platform for accounting, payroll, and taxes for European SMEs. The Founders' Office is responsible for topics set by the founders for which no team exists yet. As a Founders' Associate Intern, you will own a project from start to finish, working directly with the Head of Founders' Office and the founders.

Responsibilities

• Own a workstream from start to finish: sharpen the question, gather data, provide recommendations, and implement.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to inform decisions.
• Calculate market size, entry costs, and business cases for new markets and segments.
• Build models and analyses for the founders.
• Prepare for partner, investor, and leadership discussions.
• Automate processes that have been done manually three times.

Requirements

• Ongoing or recently completed studies with an economic focus or comparable qualification.
• Previous practical experience from internships in consulting, banking, venture capital, or startups, or from own entrepreneurial activities.
• Fluent German (C1) and English.
• Work cleanly with numbers and build models that can be reviewed by others.
• Proficient with AI tools.
• Work entirely on-site in our Berlin office.
