About the Role

This consulting role leads advisory and strategy development for establishing, expanding, and transforming a company's Global Capability Center (GCC). Responsibilities include client problem analysis, operating model design, business case creation, and transformation roadmap development to support Japanese companies in leveraging global delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct GCC maturity assessments, analyze current issues, improvement opportunities, and future vision, then provide recommendations.
• Drive the design of GCC operating models, service portfolios, and governance structures.
• Support strategy formulation and roadmap creation for GCC establishment, expansion, and transformation.
• Create business cases and value propositions to support executive decision-making.
• Provide advisory on outsourcing strategies and delivery models.
• Facilitate client workshops and discussions.
• Prepare proposals, executive summaries, and executive-level presentation materials.
• Collaborate with sales, solution, delivery, and leadership teams to drive proposal activities.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of practical experience in consulting, business strategy, technology advisory, transformation, operating model design, outsourcing advisory, or IT service consulting.
• Experience leading client problem analysis, issue definition, recommendation creation, and client engagement.
• Experience translating business challenges into solutions and actionable roadmaps.
• Ability to handle client interactions in Japanese and collaborate with global teams in English.
