About the Role
We are seeking a professional to provide optimal solutions to clients through the brokerage of corporate real estate for business and investment purposes in the capital markets.
Responsibilities
- Information gathering and planning/sales for properties based on client needs.
- Marketing activities (finding sellers and buyers).
- Sales and closing procedures.
- Creating proposal documents for clients.
- Creating other transaction-related documents.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in brokerage of corporate real estate for business and investment purposes, or related work.
- Experience in real estate transactions at a trust bank or major real estate brokerage firm.
- Experience in real estate operations at a financial institution such as a bank, securities firm, or asset management company.
- Must possess a licensed real estate broker qualification.

Salary/Compensations
- Annual salary system (1/12 paid monthly, including fixed overtime allowance).
- Variable bonus (commission) paid twice a year based on individual sales performance.
