About the Role
This role involves conducting appraisal and valuation services for clients, including real estate securitization, real estate transactions, asset valuation for IPO/M&A, and collateral valuation for financial institutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct appraisal for real estate transactions.
- Conduct appraisal for securitized real estate.
- Conduct asset valuation for IPO and M&A.
- Perform fair market value assessments for corporate business real estate and self-owned buildings.
- Verify the reasonableness of land rent and lease fees.
- Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
Requirements
- Must possess a Real Estate Appraiser license.
- Must have practical experience in appraisal.
- Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
- Must have ambition, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- English proficiency is not required but is a plus.

Salary/Compensations
- Annual salary system (1/12 paid monthly, including fixed overtime allowance).
- Variable bonus (KPI) paid annually based on company, department, and individual performance.
- Salary review annually in April.
