About the Role

This role involves conducting appraisal and valuation services for clients, including real estate securitization, real estate transactions, asset valuation for IPO/M&A, and collateral valuation for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct appraisal for real estate transactions.
  • Conduct appraisal for securitized real estate.
  • Conduct asset valuation for IPO and M&A.
  • Perform fair market value assessments for corporate business real estate and self-owned buildings.
  • Verify the reasonableness of land rent and lease fees.
  • Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Real Estate Appraiser license.
  • Must have practical experience in appraisal.
  • Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
  • Must have ambition, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • English proficiency is not required but is a plus.

Salary/Compensations

  • Annual salary system (1/12 paid monthly, including fixed overtime allowance).
