About the Role

As an agent for tenants, you will propose comprehensive real estate strategies throughout all stages of the real estate leasing lifecycle, including lease renewals, relocation considerations, and new office searches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop real estate strategies in light of future market trend forecasts.
  • Advise on real estate strategies for office, retail, and industrial properties (support for relocation, downsizing, expansion, early termination, partial termination).
  • Advise on lease agreement modifications and negotiate with owners from the tenant's perspective.
  • Engage in new client acquisition and property information gathering sales activities.

Requirements

  • Must have a Licensed Real Estate Transaction Agent qualification.
  • Experience in sales of commercial real estate leasing is preferred.
  • Experience in tenant advisory services is preferred.
  • English proficiency is preferred for those who wish to gain experience in real estate utilizing English in the future.

Salary/Compensations

  • Annual salary system (1/12 of the annual salary paid monthly, including fixed overtime allowance)
  • Variable bonus (commission): Paid twice a year (February, August) based on individual sales performance. Industry-high commission rates.
  • Salary will be determined based on experience and skills.
