About the Role

Radfield Home Care is seeking a Care Compliance Administrator in Bromley to implement strategies for governance of operational processes and care delivery, ensuring CQC standards are met and exceeded through monitoring, policy development, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, embed into policy and communicate all new developments in the care sector and Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulation.
  • Support the franchise locations with day to day care and operational queries and issues.
  • Ensure the Franchise Agreement and Operating Manual is being adhered to at all times.
  • Promote a positive image and protect the good reputation of the Radfield Home Care brand and Radfield Home Care Franchising at all times.
  • Conduct compliance reviews with Franchise Partners.
  • Understand the regulatory requirements on the business from CQC and support offices to achieve a minimum of a 'good' rating at inspections.
  • Support and drive the network towards outstanding CQC ratings.
  • Embed audit and evaluation into services to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Complete analysis of internal network data, formulate and recommend practices.
  • Ensure that the handling of complaints and investigations meets standards.
  • Aid the implementation of care software systems into new and established franchise offices.

Requirements

  • Experience working in the domiciliary care sector.
  • A thorough understanding the policy and regulations that underpin health and social care.
  • Ability to form relationships and quickly establish common ground with individuals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing.
  • Be an enthusiastic ‘people person’ who can motivate and influence others.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work in a self-directed way.
  • Be professional in manner and appearance.
  • Experience using Office software, web-based systems and CRM software (e.g. Access People Planner, Access Care Planning and Access Compliance or equivalent).
  • Experience working in the franchise home care marketplace (Desired).
  • Experience working in a franchise business (Desired).
  • This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
  • The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
