Responsibilities
- Support real estate appraisal operations.
- Data collection, data entry, and checking.
- Conduct various real estate-related surveys with government agencies.
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel.

- Open to candidates without prior experience in real estate appraisal.
- Experience in a real estate appraisal office or real estate company is a plus.
- English proficiency is not required but is a plus.

Salary/Compensations
- Annual salary system (paid monthly in 12 installments, including fixed overtime allowance).
- Variable bonus (KPI) paid annually based on company, department, and individual performance.
