About the Role

Colliers Japan is seeking a professional to maximize candidate pool formation and initial contact for recruitment needs. This role will proactively build a high-quality candidate pipeline through direct sourcing and collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure top talent, driving strategic and operational growth. The position ensures a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events, with a focus on identifying top talent in the real estate industry.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to provide advice on recruitment strategies and market trends.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide a high-quality recruitment experience through clear communication, prompt feedback, and expectation management.
  • Promote Colliers Japan's appeal by participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate regular reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with Japanese labor laws and Colliers' internal regulations.
  • Participate in projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of direct sourcing experience (agency or in-house, real estate industry experience is a plus).
  • Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
  • Business-level English reading and writing skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Deep understanding of the Japanese labor market and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Ability to effectively engage with real estate industry professionals.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary/Compensations

  • Salary is determined based on experience and skills.
