About the Role
Strategic management and coordination of procurement for construction and network infrastructure services across all project phases. Independent preparation, execution, and finalization of complex contract negotiations with general contractors, construction companies, network service providers, and other suppliers in the Balance of Plant (BoP) sector. Responsibility for the procurement of electrical infrastructure (substations, transformers, reactive power compensation systems, etc.), construction services, civil engineering works, and other project-related services for the realization of energy projects. Coordination and alignment of all procurement-relevant activities with internal departments such as Grid, Construction, Engineering, Project Management, and Legal. Support in tenders, awards, and contract decisions, ensuring economic and technical procurement strategies. Active analysis of procurement markets, supplier structures, and technical developments to identify savings and optimization potential. Responsibility for contract management during project implementation and support of change order and claims processes. Building and further developing sustainable supplier relationships and ensuring a high-performing supplier base.

Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in strategic procurement of complex construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
- Sound experience in the procurement of network infrastructure projects, construction services, and civil engineering works.
- Experience in conducting complex contract negotiations and managing tender and award processes.
- Assertive, communicative personality with negotiation skills and an independent work style.
- Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B2).
- Experience in the energy industry or renewable energies is an advantage, but not a requirement.
