About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will own the successful delivery of immersive spatial installations, guiding projects from concept through design, build, installation, and handover. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, maintain project structure, and ensure alignment of information, timelines, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires an understanding of physical build environments where architecture, construction, fabrication, and AV/IT integration converge to create immersive experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage project workstreams across the lifecycle of immersive installations, from concept through handover.
  • Translate project scope into clear timelines, milestones, deliverables, and actionable plans.
  • Track project progress and support alignment with scope, schedule, resource planning, and budget requirements.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across architects, contractors, AV/IT teams, fabricators, and installation partners.
  • Support site-based delivery activities, including installation sequencing and mobilisation readiness.
  • Ensure spatial, technical, and creative elements remain aligned throughout project delivery.
  • Lead and assist vendor coordination and project logistics.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, progress updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Build strong working relationships and maintain alignment across project teams.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across different offices, regions, and time zones, ensuring clear communication in an international project environment.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and potential blockers early, escalating where appropriate and helping implement solutions.
  • Track changes in scope and ensure decisions are clearly documented and communicated.
  • Support quality assurance throughout project delivery and help ensure work meets TSC standards and client expectations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes and delivery practices.
  • Work closely with Creative, Technical, and Delivery teams across multiple offices.
  • Support a collaborative and structured way of working within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Help maintain clarity and momentum in fast-moving, evolving project environments.
  • Contribute to building positive working relationships across internal and external teams.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of project management experience within creative, technical, architecture, construction, experiential, or similar project-based environments.
  • Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery partners.
  • Understanding of architecture, construction, fabrication, millwork/joinery, or spatial build processes.
  • Working knowledge of AV/IT systems or a strong interest in learning more about immersive technology environments.
  • Experience supporting project planning, budget tracking, resource coordination, and project reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to structure complex information into clear plans and documentation.
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who can align stakeholders and maintain momentum across projects.
  • Able to identify risks early and take a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments where priorities and project details may shift.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German is a plus.
