About the Role

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our friendly team at Parkview House Residential Care Home in Edmonton. Sanctuary Care is a not-for-profit organization focused on providing high-quality care homes where residents are treated with dignity and respect. Our mission is to enrich the lives of residents, their loved ones, and our staff.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a supportive team to enrich the lives of our residents
• Provide personalised care in line with individual care plans
• Encourage and join in with leisure and social activities
• Show kindness and respect to residents, families and colleagues every day

Requirements

• No experience needed – we’ll give you all the training and support you need
• Right to work in the UK
• Must pass safeguarding and pre-employment checks, including criminal records and overseas police checks if needed

Skills

• Enjoy working as part of a team to create a happy home
• Communicate clearly and adapt to different situations
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and a genuine care for older people
