We are seeking an OpenBlue Customer Advisor to partner with customers, drive successful outcomes, and serve as a key consultant throughout the customer lifecycle. Responsibilities
- End-to-end delivery of customer value for OpenBlue solutions
- Customer onboarding, including participation in kick-off and milestone calls
- Understanding customer personas, end users, use cases, and goals
- Training end users on the OpenBlue customer value framework and success metrics
- Sharing product training resources and technical support processes
- Validating completion of scope as per contract and customer needs
- Providing guided product tours after delivery
- Becoming a trusted advisor to help customers achieve business outcomes
- Monitoring product usage analytics and providing feedback
- Establishing regular check-ins and touchpoints with new customers
- Reviewing open issues and technical support tickets with customers
- Providing initial triage, basic support, and customer training
- Monitoring customer health and value delivered, conducting NPS surveys
- Participating in Customer Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Serving as the voice of the customer and sharing feedback with Product Management and Commercial teams
- Ensuring customer success metrics are met
- Identifying opportunities to provide additional value
- Driving new business growth through customer references
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years recent experience in HVAC systems, building automation systems, energy management solutions, facility management, or building maintenance services
- Hands-on experience with installation, deployment, or use of Operational Technologies (OT) in medium to large facilities
- Experience delivering user training, product demonstrations, and addressing operational questions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with customers and partners
- Strong track record in customer relationship management with enterprise customers
- Extremely organized project management skills to manage multiple customers
- Demonstrated ability to lead within a matrix organization
- Ability to learn new things in a self-directed fashion
- Experience driving process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Work authorization permitting work in the UK
