About the Role

Hilton Sydney is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Director of Revenue – Groups, Conferencing & Events to lead the optimisation of group accommodation and catering revenue across one of Australia's leading hotels. This leadership role is responsible for maximising revenue performance within the Groups, Conference and Events segment while driving commercial strategy, forecasting, pricing, demand management and profitability. Partnering closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing and Operations teams, you will play a key role in positioning Hilton Sydney as the market leader in the Sydney MICE sector.

Responsibilities

  • Maximising revenue performance within the Groups, Conference and Events segment
  • Driving commercial strategy, forecasting, pricing, demand management and profitability
  • Partnering closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing and Operations teams
  • Positioning Hilton Sydney as the market leader in the Sydney MICE sector

Requirements

  • Experienced commercial leader with a strong background in revenue management, hospitality, events, or hotel operations
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
