About the Role
Join as an early member of the recruiting team and help shape a growing engineering organization. Working directly with technical leaders and executives, you will own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Machine Learning, and Infrastructure roles.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation and close.
- Partner with engineering leaders and executives to define hiring needs and high-conviction candidate profiles.
- Build and iterate on recruiting processes, interview loops, and top-of-funnel strategies.
- Source and engage passive technical talent through creative research, outreach, referrals, and community building.
Requirements
- Bring 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting at a growing startup.
- 2+ years recruiting software engineering, machine learning, or infrastructure talent.
- Demonstrate a record of closing candidates in competitive AI and ML markets.
- Demonstrate a record of building recruiting infrastructure.
- Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
